ORDINANCE NO. 1344 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />AT 2216 COUNTY ROAD D (TOWER GELN) <br />FROM RETAIL OFFICE SERVICE DISTRICT (B -4) TO <br />GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B -3). <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Planning File 07 -001, the following property, located at 2216 <br />County Road D and legally described as: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" <br />PIN 05- 29 -23 -12 -0002 <br />is hereby rezoned from Retail Office Service District (B -4) to General Business District <br />(B -3). <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
