L-1 Q�rley Nbved, Franke Seconded, that Michels Brothers MICf� B�.S request for final plat at 2416 Lexington Avenue be cont- inuted until the Council meeting of �TUly 23, 1979. F�2 C�irley P�ved, Kehr Seconded, that James HousP's request JANl�S HOUSE for special use permit, preliminary plat and variance to sign setback at 2411 Rice Street be approved with the follow- ing canditions: 1. That 17 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated on Rice Street from Caunty Road B-2 to Transit Avenue. 2. That a drainage easeme.nt be provided on the pond to elevation 952 feet. 3. '.Chat the design of the restaurant sign be revie�w�cd and approved by the City Planner. 4. That the lighting for the restaurants be designed so that the sourc.-e of light is not visible beyond the property boundaries. 5. That the four parking spaces in the northwest corner of the restaurant p�king lot be removed to permit traffic cir_culatian. 6. 'I9zat the entsy to the restaurants on County Rc�ad H�-2 be m�ved 24 feet to the east. 7. That the restaurant trash enclosure be constructed from materials co�atible with both restaurant structures. 8. '.I'hat all faur sides of each respectiv� restaurant build- ing be constructed of equivalent materials. 9. That tY� developmeizt be canstructed essentially as shown on plans dated June 6, 1979.
