<br />Mayor D�ros abstained as she was absent frotn the meeting.

<br />used cars and/or trucks ar�d leasing vehicles; and procedures
<br />and standa�ls for the conversion of apart�rent buildings to

<br />City's insurance carrier requesting that the claim of
<br />Char Nerheim, 3078 West Owasso Boulevard, be reconsidered

<br />Franke Nbved, Anderson Sec.•onded, that Roseville concurs with
<br />the City of St. Anthony that parking is to be prohibited on
<br />the St. Anthony side of Highcrest Rc�ad after Project 78-15 is

<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
