Motion passed unanimously. <br />Approve Minutes <br />Chair Grefenberg reviewed several changes regarding comments made by the City Attorney. <br />He requested the minutes be approved subject to additional changes in the minutes Lines 192 <br />through 221. He commented he would forward his revisions to City staff. <br />Chair Grefenberg moved and Commissioner Groff seconded a motion to approve the April 17, <br />2013 meeting minutes as amended. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Public Comment <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Commission on an item not on the agenda, <br />the chair moved to the next agenda item. <br />
