She explained she has been a resident of Roseville since 1957. Her <br />hope was to see the community work to create additional intergenerational opportunities. <br />Chair Grefenberg thanked Ms. Jacobson for attending the recent community dialogues, for her <br />input and for her presence this evening. He agreed there was great interest in intergenerational <br />opportunities. He noted that Megan Dushin would be consolidating all of the comments gathered <br />and a summary would be provided to the Commission in June. <br />Chair Grefenberg reported the community dialogues were made possible by Bush Foundation <br />Grants. He was in favor of pursuing additional grant opportunities for future dialogues. <br />Commissioner poneen commented this could be done, but cautioned that a great deal of time <br />was still needed to plan for the event. <br />Outreach Committee <br />Vice Chair Brisbois discussed the May 9t" Shoreview Intergenerational Forum. She thanked Joan <br />Dao for her efforts on the panel. She commented those present at the forum broke down into <br />groups and connected with the various generations present in each group and had valuable <br />conversation. She estimated that 40-50 people were in attendance. <br />Status on Youth Commissioner Vacancy <br />Chair Grefenberg requested an update on the youth commissioner vacancy. <br />Carolyn Curti noted the City has received three applications to date and the deadline for <br />submission was May 24tn <br />Chair Grefenberg � indicated the Outreach Committee would be conducting the <br />interviews. He encouraged the youth commissioners to s� also participate in e� these interviews. <br />Other Old Business <br />None. <br />New Business <br />
