He alsonote that the Police Department was <br />158 considerin� sponsoiin� a forum on domestic violence, a concern important to this coinmunit� <br />159 <br />160 <br />161 <br />162 <br />163 <br />164 <br />165 <br />Committee and Other Reports <br />Program Planning: Committee Chair poneen had nothing additional to report. <br />Outreach: �� Committee member Brisbois had nothing additional to report. <br />166 Youth Engagement: Youth Commissioner Marie Siliciano indicated the youth commissioners <br />167 were interested in following up on some of the issues brought up at the recent community <br />168 dialogues, sucl� as the cultural fest �T�^� ^r ;r*°r°°* <br />169 <br />17o Chair Grefenberg requested t� Youth Co�nmissioners continue their efforts on the upcoming <br />� 71 parade to encourage minorities to attend. <br />172 <br />173 Commissioner Groff questioned the date of the parade. Carolyn Curti noted the parade would be <br />174 held on June 24th. She asked if the essay contest winners should be invited to attend. The <br />175 Commission was in favor of this suggestion. <br />176 <br />]77 Curti also asked whethei- the Comn7ission also wished to aui�chase t�eucils imbrinted with the <br />178 HRC's name and motto (ed note: Promoting Neighborhoods that Welcome Diversitv�. Chair <br />179 Grefenberg moved and Vice Chair Brisbois seconded a motion to authorize staff to spend no <br />18o more than $250 for the purchase pencils for the parade.
