As a condition of the January variance approval, impervious coverage on the properly is to <br />be limited to 41% of the lot area prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. Because the <br />building will not be constructed until later this spring, Thomas Paschke (the City Planner) and I <br />will wait until that time to measure the area of the paving-stone parking area in the front of the <br />house to determine how much (if any) will need to be removed to satisfy the conditions of the <br />variance approval.
