(PUD Amendment), subject <br />to conditions detailed in the staff report and Plannin� Commission as follows: <br />1. Nloditication of the student enrollment Full T'ime Equivalency (FTE) <br />�Ilowed at North�vestern College, such tha[ the enrollment shall not exceed <br />1,42� FTE within the next five (5) years with consideration of an increase <br />of FTE to 1,600 at that time; • <br />2. Establishment of a revie�v period of five (�) years to review general <br />activity on campus. These reviews would look at issues such as <br />enrollment trends, any short or long ranje changes in the site plan or <br />buildino additions. The first of such revie�vs �vould occur five (�) years <br />from the date of approval of this action, unless Northw�estern College <br />proposes an amendment to the PUD before that date. Amendments to the <br />PUD will still req�iire Pubfic Hearings �vhether or not they occur at the <br />same time as the regular five-year revie�v; <br />Nlodifications to the Rose��ille portion of the campus also be stibmitted to <br />Arden Hills for the purpose of keeping the case tile cunent and havinb the <br />opporttinity of responding to proposals. Similarly, proposa(s for action by <br />Arden Hills will be submitted to Roseville for revie�v and comment; and <br />4. Provide screening as negotiated by staff. <br />The motion carried unanimously (�-0). <br />Councilmember Hicks stated he is pleased that Northwestern Collega is growing and believes it <br />is a good addition to Arden Hills. <br />Don Erickson thanked the City staff and Council for their handlin� of this req�iest. <br />C. Economic Development 1Vlarketing Brochure <br />Mr. Fritsinger noted the revised staff inemorandum ���hich reflects the revised bid �vhich was <br />received. <br />Mr. Rin�wald advised the Economic Development Committee has completed a proposed <br />marl:eting broch�ire for Council review, approval, and authorization to print the brochure. He <br />explained the past brochure �vas similar to the one used by Mounds View (cover and stapled <br />inside) and the Economic Development Committee is proposing a departure to iise a loose leaf <br />
