NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE <br />The following may be helpful in considering the request for a numerical variance in the <br />student population at Northwestern College. <br />De�nition of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) <br />Full-time sta�dents nre those who nre taking at least 12 credits of academic work or <br />more dciring the course of each guarter. Full-time equivalent nre full-time statdents <br />plus the total number of credit hoe�rs being taken by part-time students divided by 12. <br />The 1995-96 FTE average will be approximately: <br />1995-96 - 1,222 <br />Resident students living in "on campus housing" (all of which are located in Roseville) <br />Cc�rrent: 823 <br />Proposed �v/infill: 943 <br />Maximum: 1250 <br />Concurent(y the College has an adult degree-completion program utilizing two locations <br />off campus evenings only and one location on campus evenings only. <br />Anoka, Bloomington <br />Distance Education <br />Stecdents rvho do not rypically come on campt�s.
