Following the traffic stud,Lpdate process outlined above in Section 10.9.c, CITY <br />staff mav determine that a warrant analysis for the Fairview/Lydia intersection <br />must be provided bv the COLLEGE. If the warrant analvsis indicates that the <br />proposed phase of development will result in the need for the improvement of the <br />Fairview/L,ydia intersection, the COLLEGE shall pay for 100% of such <br />improvement costs unless any such obli�ation is reduced to a pro rata share as <br />provided below.
