The plan is to raze the existing
approved building (shown on the original 1986 PUD, Planning File 1650) at the above
location and to replace it with a modern rock face block and vinyl lap sided building.
This is consistent with the City Code regarding the Northwestern College PUD and the
City Code Section 1016 regarding shoreland setback.
You will have to follow the normal procedure to obtain necessary building permit and
razing permits. In addition, the plan to replace or improve the existing concession stand
will need building permits.
Of note here: In 1996, Phase II of the PUD approval was extended to August 2001. Staff
will be re-evaluating the outstanding issues in the PUD Phase II in the next month to
determine compliance and whether an extension is needed.
Thanks for your cooperation. If there are questions, feel free to contact me or our city
planner, Thomas Paschke (651-490-2236).
Sincerely,
ITY OF ROSEVILLE
JC
By: Dennis P.
