Over the next 20 years (perhaps longer), this AGREEMENT <br />would potentially increase the number of buildings to 19 to accommodate 2,400 students <br />and 682 faculty and staff employees. This AGREEMENT provides for the addition of <br />750 full-time equivalent students, an increase from 1,650 to 2,400 full-time equivalent <br />students in the traditional day-time program within the PUD area, and to construct the <br />facilities necessary to support this growth. The Roseville portion of the campus includes <br />three existing buildings. The amended PUD includes an additional residence building, a <br />fieldhouse, and a visitor's center. The plan also includes a 2-deck parking structure. �vith <br />one deck above grade. <br />9.2 Campus Building Setbacks: The minimum setback for a structure on this Lot shall be <br />as follows: <br />a. <br />b. <br />(WEST) SETBACK: <br />30 feet froro the top of the bluff. <br />(EAST) SETBACK: <br />75 feet from the eastern property line. <br />c. (NORTI-� SETBACK: <br />There is no setback on the northerly property boundary due to the continuation of <br />College ownership to the north within the City of Arden Hills. <br />d. (SOUTH) SETBACK: <br />75 feet from the south property line, excluding any athletic tield and associated <br />fencing. <br />9.3 Parking Ramp Setback: The minimum setback for a parking deck/structure to be <br />located in the northeast corner of the Roseville portion of the Campus property shall be <br />as follo�vs: <br />a. (EAST) SETBACK: <br />75 feet from the eastern property line. <br />b. (NORTI� SETBACK: <br />There is no setback on the northerly property boundary due to the continuation of <br />College ownership to the north within the City of Arden Hills. <br />9.4 Building Height: Building height shall be restricted to a maximum height of 4-stories <br />above grade (maYimuin height of 60 feet).
