This guide has been and will be used to <br />design specific practices associated with each campus project. <br />VI. Ramsey County <br />A. Terry Noonan, Ramsey County Public Works - Stormwater '`anagement Comments <br />1. Comment: There are no specifics given in the study related to proposed <br />activities and the applicability to future stor water marta ement activities is <br />undear. ��� �' � � <br />� �.� <br />Response: The Storm Water Management Plan included a ttachment fo <br />the EAW analyzes the impact of proposed development on run�quantity and <br />quality. Storm water management practices for the proposed cap►t �' <br />improvements will be designed and constructed in a manner meet�ng federal, <br />state, and local permitting requirements, for water quality and quantity control, at <br />the time the improvements are constructed in the nexf 12 to 20 years. The report <br />does not provide specific information needed to evaluate achieving this goal. <br />Response: Storm water treatment measures associated with the proposed <br />capital improvements will be designed and constructed in a manner that will not <br />decrease the runoff quality discharging from the College. The proposed facilities <br />will be required to meet Rice Creek Watershed permitting requirements for <br />runoff quality and quantity when they are construction.
