Additional funding of transportation <br />improvements will be contributed by benefited properties of future development <br />affecting the area's roadway system. This is consistent with Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429. <br />C. Norm Schiferl, Ramsey County Public Health - Solid Waste Comments <br />Comment: Recycling: The College is encouraged to examine its recycling <br />programs, including appropriate education to students and staff, to maximize <br />recovery, especially regarding recovery of food waste for livestock feeding. <br />Response: Northwestern College maintains an aggressive recycling program on <br />campus in both the academic spaces as well as the housing areas.
