2. Comment: �oth Lake Johanna and Little Lake Johanna are listed on the State's 303(d) list of impaired waters. While this is addressed in the SWMP, it should be noted that for projects that directly drain to impaired water, the MPCA is now using its Section 401 authority to review those projects. Response: Comment acknow/edged. 3. Comment: The RCWD is concerned about the parking lot feature to be built in the northwest shoreland of Little Lake Johanna. There:,are two reasons for this concern. One reason is the close proximity to impaired water, and the second reason is due to concerns regarding construction of e structure in the lake area buffer which also has steep slopes. �' � � �#:.
