� <br />..-. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant the <br />PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT VACATION lying in the northeast corner of the above identified <br />property, based on the information contained in the project report dated March 26, 2007, and the <br />following condition: <br />1. The vacated portion of the pedestrian easement shall be rededicated immediately <br />after the plat, Venture 4`h Addition, is recorded with Ramsey County. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Pust, Ihlan, <br />Kough, Roe, and Klausing; <br />And none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2of3 <br />
