<br />4. APPROVAL BY THE CITY
<br />The CITY hereby approves the following plans and agreements (as Exhibits to the
<br />AGREEMENT) on file with the CITY. The DEVELOPER shall develop the subject
<br />property in accordance with these plans and agreements. If, however, the plans or
<br />agreements are inconsistent with the written terms of this AGREEMENT, the written
<br />terms of this AGREEMENT shall control. If the plans address items not specifically
<br />addressed in this AGREEMENT, the plans shall govern with respect to those items. The
<br />plans are:
<br />Exhibit A. Existing site conditions plan dated February 26, 2008 and the site demolition
<br />plan dated January 20, 2011.
<br />Exhibit B. Phasing plan illustrating Phase I the approved amendment and Phase II the
<br />original approval at completion of project.
<br />Exhibit C. Subdivision Plat of Applewood Pointe of Langton dated September 1, 2010.
<br />Exhibit D1. Original site plan (Phase II) illustrating property boundaries, public street,
<br />site and building access, the co-op building, parking lot, trails, and storm ponds, dated
<br />April 16, 2008
