Current Brenner Avenue fesident
February 6, 2007
Page 2
.
accessible only through the industrial property to the south. Access is poorly
marked and less than desirable. This plan shows a possible exchange of some
land giving the City land to buiid an access road on the north side of the site and
allowing a portion of the proposed senior cooperative to extend further south onto
what is currently City owned land. Please note that access remains off of
Cleveland, not Brenner Avenue. Additionally, the twin homes have been
eliminated as a result of the Park access road.
6. Additionally, feel free to
drive by Applewood Pointe of Roseville which is located just east of Snelling
Avenue off of County Road C2 at 1480 Applewood Court.
We are very excited about the opportunity to develop a second senior community in
Roseville. We also understand the importance of addressing your concerns and
incorporating ideas as we move forward.
The meeting has been scheduled at Roseville City Hall from 6:OOpm to 7:30pm on
Thursday, February 15th. City Hall is located at 2660 Civic Center Drive (northwest
corner of County Road C and Lexington Ave.). In the meantime, please feel free to
contact Alex Hall at 952-820-8725, or Brian Carey at 952-893-8846 with any questions.
Sincerely,
,
,
' Alex Hall
Vice President
Development
/ Enclosures
 C: Thomas Paschke
AH/bls
