We are
proposing a"for sale" senior housing project on this site, and would like to invite you to a
meeting to discuss the proposed project and gather feedback and comments from the
neighbors adjoining this property. We invite you to meet with us Thursday, February 15n
from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Roseville City Haii.
United Properties has been developing senior cooperatives for independent living for a
number of years. Applewood Pointe Cooperative communities are located in Roseville,
Maple Grove, Bloomington, Woodbury, and New Brighton. This proposed community
would be our second Roseville cooperative.
We have attached the following information pertaining to our proposed project:
Information on our Applewood Pointe communities, including details on
cooperative housing, and our most recent newsletter.
2. A plat of the immediate area indicating the parcel we have acquired, as well as
city owned land to the south of our site and portions of Langton Lake Park to the
east.
3. The City of Roseville's Master Plan for Langton Lake Park. Please note that the
Master Plan shows a road cutting through our parcel off of Brenner Avenue
between 1970 and 1990 Brenner Avenue in order to access future park parking
and trail systems. The proposed road is highlighted in yellow. The United
Properties site is highlighted in green.
4. Proposed site plan indicating the senior cooperative building to the far south of
the parcel and twin homes to the north. The site would be accessible from
Cleveland. This plan does not allow for a connection off of Brenner Avenue.
5. A second site plan option designed to allow improved vehicular access to the
parking area and soccer fields to the east. Currently, this portion of the Park is
3500 American Blvd. W., Minneapolis. MiV 55431 • 952.831.1000 • fx 952.33 8b • wwrr.uproerties.com
