This item must be addressed by the Park <br />and Recreation Commission prior to Final Development Plan approval. <br />13.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION: <br />The Planning Division recommends that the Roseville City Council take the <br />following action regarding United Properties request to redevelop 3010 Cleveland <br />Avenue North with a 93-unit age-restricted cooperative housing develo�ment: <br />13.1 E3Y MOTION, APPROVE the PRELIMINARY PLAT creating on lot for a senior <br />cooperative and provision of a public road (via dedication of right-of-way), <br />13.2 BY MOTION, APPROVE the I2EZONING from R-1 Single Family Residential to <br />Planned tlnit Development with an underlying zoning of B-6, Mixed Use Business Park District <br />13.3 BY MOTION, APPROVE the GENERAL CONCEPT PUD as prepared for the June <br />18, 2007 City Council meeting by United Properties, subject to the conditions of Section 1 1 of <br />this report. Final approval by the City Council will be considered after all conditions and <br />required documents and permits have been submitted for final approval.
