<br />Extract Of Minutes Of Meeting Of The <br />City Council Of The City Of Roseville <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the <br />26th day of April, 1999, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wall <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9653 <br /> <br />Resolution Approving An Interim Use Permit <br />For Boaters Outlet, Inc., 2205 West County Road C2 (PF3111) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code identifies the process and standards <br />for issuance of an interim use permit in any zoning district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Boaters Outlet, Inc. has requested an interim use permit to allow an owner to <br />buyer lot during the summer months, weekends only, on a vacant parcel located adjacent to 2205 <br />West County Road C2, zoned Light Industrial (11), said property being legally described as: <br /> <br />A 1.92 acre parcel located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />5, Township 29, Range 12, lying east ofthe Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's right- <br />of-way and north of County Road C2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the request <br />on Wednesday, April 14, 1999, and recommended approval ofthe requested interim use permit <br />subject to conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation on Monday, April 26, 1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council made the following findings: <br /> <br />1. The applicant proposes to utilize the existing 1.92 acre parcel as a "owner to buyer lot", in <br />essence allowing vehicles to be brought in on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning by <br />owners, displayed for sale over the weekend, and removed by Sunday evening. <br /> <br />2. The entrance to the site will be via the access points (3) along County Road C2, with site <br />circulation commencing through the truck gas pump area or the drive lane located east of the <br />parking and fenced sales area. <br />
