No verbal or written public comment for or against the application <br />� 3 was received prior to the hearing, and while a neighboring property owner was in <br />14 attendance, only the applicant spoke at the public hearing. <br />15 2.2 Upon the conclusion of the public hearing, the Planning Commission found evidence of <br />16 hardship that warranted the approval of a variance, and voted unanimously (7-0) to <br />17 recommend approval of the proposed MINOR SUBDIVISION AND VARIANCES, <br />18 subject to certain conditions. <br />19 2.3 The Planning Division staff believes that the applicant's request is reasonable and <br />20 supports the Planning Commission's recommendation; see Section 6 of this report for <br />2� detailed recommendation. <br />22 3.0 SUMMARY OF SUGGESTED ACTION <br />23 3.1 Adopt a resolution approving the requested MINOR SUBDIVISION pursuant to <br />24 § 1104.04E (Three Parcel Minor Subdivision) of the City Code and the requested <br />25 VARIANCES to § 1104.016 (Residential Dimensional Requirements) of the City Code; <br />26 see Section 7 of this report for detailed action. <br />PF07-060 RCA 112607 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />
