� <br />� <br />Draft Resolution Attachment G <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26t'' day of November, 2007, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: ; <br />and were absent. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1004 (RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS) <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR CURTIS BROWN AT 1754 ALTA VISTA <br />DRIVE (PF07-062) <br />WHEREAS, Curtis Brown is the owner of property at 1754 Alta Vista Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />Asylum Out Lots, subject to Dale Street; the south 60 feet of the north 180 feet of the part <br />east of Alta Vista Drive of Lot 16 <br />PIN: 14-29-23-44-0065 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residential Dimensional Requirements) requires new <br />residential lots to be at least 85 feet in width; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner seeks to create two lots that are 60 feet in width, <br />requiring 15-foot variances; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residential Dimensional Requirements) requires new <br />residential lots to be at least 11,000 square feet in area; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner seeks to create two lots that are 7,700 square feet in area <br />(Parcel A) and 8,200 square feet in area(Parcel B), requiring variances of 3,300 square feet and <br />2,800 square feet, respectively; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residential Setbacks) requires a principal structure <br />setback of 10 feet from the side property line of proposed Parcel B; and <br />WHEREAS, the existing principal structure is setback 3 feet from the side property line, <br />requiring a 7-foot variance; and <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />requested VARIANCES, concluded that "hardships" are present, and voted 7-0 to recommend <br />
