This would also allow for greater marketability of the property <br />_ and should help to minimize the amount of time a tenant space remains vacant during <br />" times of turnover. <br />_. 5.7 Following the Planning Commission meeting, Planning Division staff has removed two <br />land uses from the list of proposed permitted uses: "Physical culture and health services" <br />� r� because the nature of this use was (and continues to be) unclear; and linens/towels/ <br />1'! drapery services, because further review of this use suggests that it is intended to be a <br />1�. commercial cleaning and supply use rather than retail sales. <br />�� 5.8 Furthermore, although "Convenience store" is a conditionally-permitted use in the B-1 <br />'� District and not prohibited in the existing PUD, Planning Division staff believes that this <br />� 5 use is not compatible with surrounding uses and that it should be prohibited in the <br />15 amended PUD.
