-1, <br />24 March 2008 <br />Eugene Schultz <br />President, G&K Properties <br />7195 137��' Street North <br />Hugo, Minnesota 55038 <br />�� <br />� <br />.�. <br />RE: PUD Agreement for Lexington Professional Building, 1940-1944 Lexington Avenue <br />Dear Mr. Schultz, <br />As you may recall, on September 24, 2007 the Roseville City Council approved your request to <br />amend the Planned Unit Development (PUD) agreement pertaining to the property at 1940-1944 <br />Lexington Avenue in order to accommodate "The Bookshop" among other potential retail use. <br />Enclosed with this letter you will find a copy of the existing PUD agreement that is on record at <br />Ramsey County; you may keep this for your records. <br />You will also find enclosed the amended PUD agreement based on the September 24, 2007 City <br />Council approvals; this is the same as the recorded document except for the added "Amended <br />Agreement" paragraph on page 1, a modification to the "Permitted Uses" section on page 5, the <br />elimination of the "Uses - Conditional" section (on page 5 of the original document), and the <br />information on pages 9-10 identifying G&K Properties as the property owner. I apologize that it <br />has taken so long to produce the amended document for your signature. <br />After reviewing the amended PUD agreement, please and sign it in the presence of a Notary <br />Public and return it to me in the enclosed envelope.
