Pursuant to <br />3 § 1004 (Residential Districts) of the City Code, a Conditional Use Permit is required for <br />4 an accessory structure of this size. <br />5 PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />6 • Application submitted: August 2, 2007; Determined complete: August 6, 2007 <br />7 • Sixty-day review deadline: October 1, 2007 <br />8 • Project report recommendation: September 24, 2007 <br />9 • Planning Commission recommendation (7-0 to approve): September 5, 2007 <br />10 • Anticipated City Council action: September 24, 2007 <br />11 2.0 PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />12 2.1 The Planning Commission held the public hearing for this proposal on September 5, <br />13 2007. Nobody from the public appeared to comment on the request, and the Commission <br />14 voted unanimously (7-0) to recommend approval of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />15 subject to certain conditions. Community Development staff concurs with the Planning <br />16 Commission recommendation to approve the request. <br />17 3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />18 3.1 Adopt a resolution approving the requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, pursuant to <br />19 § 1013.01 (Conditional Use Permits) of the City Code, subject to conditions; see Section <br />20 8 of this report for detailed action. <br />PF07-052 RCA 092407 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
