� <br />Draft Resolution Attachment F <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 11`h day of July, 2007, <br />at 5:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: ; <br />and were absent. <br />Variance Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 62 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1004 (RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS) AND §1012 (GENERAL REQUIREMENTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE <br />CITY CODE FOR THOMAS GROSS, 2613 FRY STREET (PF07-031) <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Gross has requested VARIANCES to § 1004 (Residential <br />Districts) to allow excess impervious lot coverage and to § 1012 (General Requirements) <br />to allow an encroachment of the principal structure into the required side yard setback; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 2613 Fry Street, and is legally <br />described as: <br />JAMES FOURTH ADDITION LOT 2 BLOCK 13 <br />PIN: 09-29-23-11-0063 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.O1A6 allows impervious surfaces to cover up to 30% <br />of a residentiallot; and <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Gross seeks to increase the impervious coverage to <br />approximately 33.5% of the lot area, a 350-square-foot variance; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.01 B requires a principal structure setback of 5 feet <br />from a side property line; and <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Gross seeks to improve his property such that a principal <br />structure would be 3 feet from the side property line, a 2-foot variance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present <br />and support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City <br />Code; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
