NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVE a 350-square-foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.01 A6 (Maximum Total <br />Surface Area) and a 2-foot VARIANCE to Section 1012.O1B (Supplemental Lot <br />Requirements), subject to certain conditions: <br />1. The size of the proposed addition must not exceed that illustrated in the plans <br />reviewed with this application, and the total impervious surface area on the <br />property shall not exceed 34.5% of the lot area; <br />2. The principal structure must remain a minimum of 3 feet from the southern <br />side property line; <br />3. The existing garden shed must be removed from the property prior to the <br />issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy; <br />4. Measures must be taken to provide on-site mitigation of storm water from the <br />marginal impervious surface area. Such mitigation measures may include <br />directing rain gutters toward the interior of the lot, installing and maintaining <br />a"rain garden" filtration basin, or some combination of these or other <br />measures as approved by the City Engineer; and <br />5. The VARIANCE shall expire 6 months after the approval date if a building <br />permit is not issued pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members ; <br />And voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />� Page 2 of 3 ''� <br />
