Pursuant to Condition 4 of the July 11, <br />2007 VARIANCE approval, administrative review and approval of extensions is permissible. <br />Because you have indicated that your building plans are nearly complete, the Roseville Planning <br />Division has approved your request to extend the VARIANCE an additional 1-year increment, <br />affording you time to finalize the design and submit plans for a building permit to construct your <br />home. The new expiration date is July 11, 2010.
