The following issues make it an impossible project.
1) I have spoken with the representative for the owner of I,ots #31-33. At this time, the owner is completely unwilling
to enter into any agreement involving installation of a joint driveway. He is attempting to sell Lots #31-33 and does not
wish to spend money improving those lots in any way.
2) As previously stated, Lots #31-33 are up for sale. They may be sold individually or in some combination. It may
happen this year or in 5 years, noone knows. Noone knows whether the future owner even plans to have a driveway on
Lot #33 so it would be impractical for there to be an agreement for a shared driveway.
Thank you for your time today and I am sorry that Deb Bloom was unable to view the site with us. If she wishes to
speak with me directly at any time, she can feel free to contact me. I am happy to answer any questions. I look forward
to working with the City over the next few years. Everyone has been extremely helpful to date.
Sincerely,
Kristine Simonson
Sucker-punch__spam with award-winning protection.
Try the free Yahoo!
