Sewer and water utilities, grading, and storm water drainage plans for the site <br />shall be reviewed and approved by the Capital Region Watershed District and the <br />Roseville Public Works Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />D. The landscape plan shall be prepared by a registered landscape architect and be <br />designed consistent with Section 1010 of the Roseville City Code and shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the city prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />E. The proposed accessory building shall be located in northeast corner of the <br />property (Option B) and include landscaping to soften the view from the north <br />and east. <br />F.
