The proposed use is an appropriate use for the site and is compatible �vith <br />surrounding uses. <br />5.5 Health, Safety, General Welfare. rl,here appears to be no impact on general public <br />health, safety, and welfare. <br />5.6 Comprehensive Plan. The use of the site as a church is compatible with the <br />Comprehensive Plan designation as a church. <br />STAFF FINDINGS: <br />5.7 Section 1013.01 outlines the process and standards for issuance of a conditional use <br />permit. In reviewing this request, staff has made the following ftndings: <br />a. The use ofthe property as proposed will have little or no impact on traffic in the <br />area. <br />b. The use ofthe property as proposed will not have an impact on parks, streets and <br />other public facilities. <br />The use ofthe property as proposed will be compatible with contiguous <br />properties. <br />d. The use of the property as proposed will not have an adverse impact on the <br />market value of contiguous properties. <br />e. The use of the property as proposed will not have an adverse impact on the <br />general public health, safety and welfare. <br />f. The use of the property as proposed is consistent with the City of Roseville's <br />Comprehensive Plan and Title ] 0 of the City Code (Zoning), including the City's <br />design standards. <br />6.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />6.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 6 of this report, stalf recommends approval of <br />the request for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT for King of Kings and a <br />media/classroom addition at 2330 Dale Street, subject to the following conditions: <br />A. The proposed medialclassroom addition shall be limited in size and scope to the <br />drawings submitted in support ofthe CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT and dated <br />June 6, 2007. <br />B.
