The use of the site as a church is compatible with the Comprehensive Plan designation as a church. STAFF FINDINGS: 5.7 Section 1013.01 outlines the process and standards for issuance of a conditional use permit. In reviewing this request, staff has made the following ftndings: a. The use ofthe property as proposed will have little or no impact on traffic in the area. b. The use ofthe property as proposed will not have an impact on parks, streets and other public facilities. The use ofthe property as proposed will be compatible with contiguous properties. d. The use of the property as proposed will not have an adverse impact on the market value of contiguous properties. e. The use of the property as proposed will not have an adverse impact on the general public health, safety and welfare. f. The use of the property as proposed is consistent with the City of Roseville's Comprehensive Plan and Title ] 0 of the City Code (Zoning), including the City's design standards. 6.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: 6.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 6 of this report, stalf recommends approval of the request for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT for King of Kings and a media/classroom addition at 2330 Dale Street, subject to the following conditions: A. The proposed medialclassroom addition shall be limited in size and scope to the drawings submitted in support ofthe CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT and dated June 6, 2007. B. The media/classroom and storage addition shall be comprised of similar materials to that of the existing structure and coilsistent with Section 1010 of the Roseville City Code.
