--� <br />Draft Resolution <br />-� <br />Attachment F <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the l l�h day of July, 2007, <br />at 5:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Variance Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 64 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1004 (RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS� AND §1012 (GENERAL REQUIREMENTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE <br />CITY CODE FOR CURT AND HEATHER DUBBELDEE, <br />2373 VICTORIA STREET (PF07-035) <br />WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Dubbeldee have requested VARIANCES to §1004 <br />(Residential Districts) and § 1012 (General Requirements); and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 2373 Victoria Street, and legally <br />described as: <br />C.W. MICHAEL FIRST ADDITION, LOT 7 BLOCK 1 <br />PIN : 11-29-23-31-0007 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.O1A(6) (Maximum Total Surface Area) limits <br />impervious coverage on single-family residential properties to 30% of the lot area, or <br />3,555 square feet on this property; and <br />WHEREAS, pre-existing conditions on the property include approximately 3,965 <br />square feet of impervious coverage and the Dubbeldees seek to construct a 190-square- <br />foot addition to the attached garage that will increase the total impervious surface area to <br />approximately 4,155 Square feet; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.01 B(Supplemental Lot Requirements) requires a <br />minimum side yard setback of 5 feet for principal structures; and <br />WHEREAS, the Dubbledees seek to encroach up to 2 feet into the side yard <br />setback; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present <br />and support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City <br />Code; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
