NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVE a 2-foot VARIANCE to Section 1012.O1B, and a 600-square-foot <br />VARIANCE to Section 1004.O1A(6) of the City code, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The size and extent of the proposed addition and the resulting impervious <br />surface area must not exceed that which is illustrated in the plans reviewed <br />with this application. <br />2. Measures must be taken to provide on-site mitigation of storm water from the <br />marginal impervious surface area. Depending on the characteristics of the <br />soils and slopes on the property, such mitigation measures may include <br />directing rain gutters toward the interior of the lot, installing and maintaining <br />a"rain garden" filtration basin, or some combination of these or other <br />measures as approved by the City Engineer. <br />3. Pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code, the VARIANCE shall expire 6 months <br />after the approval date if a fence permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members ; <br />And Members voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />-� Page 2 of 3 — <br />
