Your request will be heard by the <br />Variance Board at their meeting of July 11, 2007. After further reviewing your application, <br />Community Development staff will recommend that the Variance Board approve your request; <br />we may, however, inform the Variance Board members that it would be within their purview to <br />require the removal of some of the existing impervious coverage (i.e., part of the driveway) if <br />they feel that it would be an appropriate condition of the approval of your variance request. <br />At your convenience, please call me to make arrangements to pick up a"Notice of Land Use <br />Application" sign which must be posted along the street in front of your house at least 10 days <br />prior to the date of the public hearing.
