-�. <br />19 June 2007 <br />Dear Mr. Vickers, <br />t.`i� � <br />� <br />�... <br />Your neighbors at 468, 475 & 476 Judith Avenue and 468 & 476 Terrace Drive will receive a <br />copy of the letter below notifying them of your plans to expand the garage into the required side <br />yard setback, and inviting them to participate in the public process of commenting on your <br />proposal. In case you haven't already spoken with these neighbors about your plans, we <br />encourage applicants to do so. If we receive letters, phone calls, or emails from these households <br />in support of your proposal, the required 10-day appeal period following the decision of the <br />Community Development Director will be eliminated; if the setback permit is approved, the <br />building inspector may then issue the necessary building permit as soon as they have been <br />approved. You are, of course, encouraged to attend the hearing, but it is not required. <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, June 28i6, 2007 at 3:30 p.m. in the <br />Roseville City Hall Hawthorne Room — in the lower level, adjacent to the Engineering <br />Department. <br />Michael Vickers, 467 Judith Avenue, seeks approval of a 31/Z-foot SIDE YARD SETBACK <br />PERMIT to construct an addition onto the existing attached garage that will extend into the <br />required side yard setback. <br />The Setback Permit process allows nearby property owners to comment on the proposal in <br />writing and/or at the meeting. Should you have any comments or questions about this Setback <br />Permit application, please feel free to email me at brvanllo�nae,ci.roseville.mn.us or call me at <br />651-792-7073 or attend the DRC's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, June 28th, 2007 at <br />3:30 p.m. <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the Setback Permit application and the proposed <br />plans.
