Written Narrative: I want to use some of the space in this warehouse-type <br />building to open a baseball/softball training and instruction facility. We would <br />put in some artificial turf on the floor, hang netting all around the facility and <br />hang a couple of movable nets down the center of the space to create 3 batting <br />cage areas. The vast majority of the use of the facility will be otrtside normal <br />business hours (4:OOpm to l Opm weekdays, and weekends). This ��vill minimize <br />the impact on business traffic and parking adjacent to the building. We will be <br />doing business under the name "Diamond Sports Academy". <br />B. Proposed Plans: We have no plans to change or modify the exterior of the <br />building or the surrounding landscape.
