The Developer must install construction fencing approved by the City around <br />each tree or multiple trees at or very near the tree drip-line so that proper <br />measures are taken to preserve those trees indicated on the plan. <br />D. Park dedication for Oak Acres may be required consistent with State Statutes <br />462.358 and § 1103.07 of the Roseville City Code.
