C-6 Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Richard Stranik's RICHARD request for rezoning from SC to B-3, Special Use STRANIR Permit for an automobile repair shop, and variances to parking standards and sign setback standards at 2168 Snelling Avenue be approved with the following condi- tions: 1. That the site be developed in accordance with the plans submitted and dated April 27, 1989. 2. That the periphery of all parking areas be con- structed with poured in place concrete. 3. That final engineering and landscape plans are subject to staff review and approval. 4. That the building will be constructed entirely of brick with fascia panels subject to staff approval. 5. That final signage plans for the building and pylon are subject to staff review and approval. 6. That a^No Left Turn" sign be installed at the east curb cut onto County Road B. 7. That sidewalk be provided along County Road B. 8. That the grass area west of the building be irrigated. 9. That the ditch on the north and west of the property be filled and sodded subject to staff approval. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. C-7 Johnson moved that the proposed alternative ordinance PARR LAND regarding park land dedication be adopted. Motion DBDICATION died for lack of a second. REQOIREMENTS Rog moved that the park land dedication ordinance as recommended by the Planning Commission be adopted. Motion died for lack of a second. Matson moved, Rog seconded, that Ordinance 1061, ORDI amending Sections 20.155 and 17.170 of the City Code 1061 of the City of Roseville regarding park land dedica- tion, be adopted.
