<br />may be placed within the front yard or in the public street right of way
<br />beyond the front yard. No part of the sign shall be closer than six feet (6')
<br />from the curb. If there is a sidewalk, no part of the sign shall be closer
<br />than two feet (2') from the edge of the sidewalk.
<br />b. Multiple-Family Residential Property: : For the purpose
<br />of selling or promoting a multiple-family residential property of six (6) or
<br />more dwelling units, a'�•�� "` °�a°a sign not to exceed thirty five (35)
<br />square feet �e�-side and not more than eight feet (8') in height or a
<br />combination of a freestanding g-�e�-�re��ec� sign and wall mounted
<br />signs not to exceed seventy (70) square feet may be erected upon the site
<br />not less than fifteen feet (15') from a property line.
<br />c. Business and Industrial Property: : For the
<br />purpose of sellin , r� enting, or leasing business/industrial properties, a real
<br />estate sign not exceedin�quare feet shall be mounted on the buildin�
<br />wall or incorporated into an existing free standing sign. On multi-tenant
<br />property where new signage is requested, said real estate/leasin�agent
<br />si�n shall be made part of the required Master Sign Plan in Section
<br />1009.03 D.
<br />24 d. Number of Signs: Only one sign is permitted per lot, except double
<br />25 fronted or through lots may be permitted an additional sign on the second
<br />26 frontage and lots with lakeshore frontage may be allowed an additional
<br />27 sign on the lake side of the lot at least twenty five feet (25') back from the
<br />28 shoreline of the lake.

<br />£ Removal of Signs: Real estate signs shall be removed within seven (7)
<br />days following the lease or real estate closing.
<br />Security System Signs: Signs identifying the presence of a security or alarm
<br />system are allowed not to exceed two (2) square feet.
<br />13. Window Signs: Signs affixed to or painted on windows or placed within thirty six
<br />inches (36") of a window to be viewed from the exterior of the building shall not
<br />occupy more than twenty five percent (25%) of the total window area, nor shall
