� - - � � <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 7`h day of May 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Kough, Ihlan, Pust, and Klausing; <br />and none were absent. <br />Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10498 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH §1005.015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR JOE STRANIK AND MIDAS AT 2168 SNELLING AVENUE (PF07-019) <br />WHEREAS, Joe Stranik has requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT <br />to allow for the operation of an automobile service station the subject premises, in accordance <br />with § 1005.015 and § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, without requiring further City Council <br />approvals for changes to the colors of paint on the fascia; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 2168 Snelling Avenue and is legally <br />described as: <br />SECTION 10 TOWNSHIP 29 RANGE 23, SUBJECT TO STATE HIGHWAY 51/125 AND <br />COUNTY ROAD B, THE SOUTH 183 FEET OF THE WEST 367 FEET OF THE <br />SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 10 TOWNSHIP 29 RANGE 23 <br />WHEREAS, the existing automobile service station use is operating under a valid <br />Conditional Use Permit; and <br />WHEREAS the existing Conditional Use Permit approved and prohibited specific color <br />options for the non-brick building exterior (i.e., the fascia); and <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
