� <br />.-. <br />WHEREAS § 1013.01 H of the Roseville City Code allows amendments to the conditions <br />of a Conditional Use Permit to be administratively approved if the proposed changes deviate less <br />than 10% from the approved conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, a change of color is not technically a change of less than 10%; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Joe Stranik for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT, in accordance <br />with Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, affirming the existing automobile service <br />station use and eliminating the prohibition/approval of specific colors for the fascia. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Roe, Kough, <br />Ihlan, Pust, and Klausing; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
