� <br />, • • <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 6r� day of June, 2007, <br />at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following menlbers were present: Chair Boerigter and Meinbers Doherty aizd <br />Martinson; <br />Variance Board Member poherty introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 60 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1012 (GENERAL <br />REQUIREMENTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR RONALD AND <br />SUSAN HORNBAKER, 2994 ALDINE STREET (PF07-025) <br />WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Hornbaker have requested VARIANCES to §1012 <br />(General Requirements); and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 2994 Aldine Street, and legally <br />described as: <br />FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS PLAT 3, LOT 12 BLOCK 6 <br />PIN: 04-29-23-14-0016 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.02B(3) (Side Yard Encroachments) allows fences up to <br />6.5 feet in height in the side and rear yards on residential lots; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.02B(2) (Front Yard Encroachments) allows fences up <br />to 4 feet in height in the front yard on residential lots; and <br />i <br />�age 1 of 3 <br />
