-� <br />--, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by PetSmart (in cooperation with Rosedale Commons LP, property owner) for a <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, <br />subject to the following conditions; <br />1. The use of the premises for retail sale of: (i) pets(including but not limited to fish, birds, <br />reptiles, dogs, cats, and other small animals); (ii) food, accessories and other products <br />relating to pet and animals, including equestrian products; and (iii) services related to pets <br />and animals, such as grooming, boarding, pet day care, animal training, and obedience <br />classes, pet adoption and veterinary services, are permitted uses within the subject tenant <br />space. <br />2. That all uses, principle or accessory, be contained within the tenant space and not be <br />allowed to utilize the exterior grounds of Rosedale Commons. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
