Therefore the City Engineer <br />recommendation to at a minimum eliminate the eastbound exiting movement stands. The <br />SRF memo regarding this issue is attached. <br />10.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />10.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING the requested PLANNED LJNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT for Har Mar Mall to redevelop the Firestone site with <br />a new outlot/structure adjacent to County Road B, based on the comments in Section 6 <br />and amended conditions of Section 7 of the project report dated January 28, 2008. <br />10.2 BY MOTION APPROVE the HAR MAR MALL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke, City Planner (651-792-7074). <br />PF07-053 RCA 012808.doc Page 13 of 13 <br />
