Adjacent residents were <br />present to address the Commission and staff reviewed and discussed a couple of <br />condition amendments. The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval of <br />the PLANNED LTNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT subject to the revised <br />conditions listed in Section 7 of the project report dated November 26, 2007. <br />24 3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />25 3.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING the Planned Unit Development Amendment and <br />26 by MOTION, APPROVE the PLANNED LINIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, for <br />27 Emmes Realty (Gateway Washington Inc., property owner) covering a portion of <br />28 for Har Mar Mall site (see Section 10 for detailed recommendation). <br />29 <br />30 <br />PF07-053_RCA_011408.doc Page 1 of 13 <br />
