In no cuse shall vehide sraging for unloading occur for more than twenry_four <br />(24) hours on a site wdthin uny SC district. <br />The Planning Division has determined that the above requirements do not apply to <br />the subject proposal. <br />6.20 § 1006.05F (Off-Street Loading) states: Off-street loading shall be as lis�ed in subsection <br />IOO.i. 01 F of thrs litle and servicing spuce shall be designated for each store unit in the <br />shopping district. Such loading spuce shall be designed so as not to conflict with <br />movement of vehicular traffic to and from parking areas. <br />Any commercial loading dock within three hundred feet (300) of a residentral <br />district shall be completely screened by a wall, landscaped berm, fence, or <br />combinalion thereof from an adjacent residentiul urea,.from n point fourteen feet <br />(1 A) above the ground at the loading area to a point frve feet (5) above the first <br />floor (main /evel) of adjacent residences. <br />2. Any commercial loading dock within three hundred feet (300) ofa residential <br />district which is to be u.sed for any reason by vehicles or equipment behveen the <br />hours of ten o'clock (10: 00) P.M and seven o'clock (7: 00) A.M shall be within a <br />completely enclosed and roojed structure. All loading, and unloading, operations <br />shall occur with the exterior doors shut at all times. <br />The Planning Division has determined that the above requirements do not apply to <br />the subject proposal. <br />6.21 §1006.OSG (Maintenance Activities) states: Movement ofsweeping vehicles, garbage <br />�rucks, maintenance trucks, shopping carts, and other service vehicles and eguipment is <br />prohibited wilhin �hree hundred feet (300) of a resldenlial dlstric! betN�een the hours of <br />ten o'clock (10�00) P.M. and seven o'clock (7.•00) A.M, except for, emergency vehicles <br />and emergency utiliry ar maintenance activities. Except in the case of emergency, all <br />snow removal operations within three hundred feet (300) of an adjacent residenlial <br />districl shall be undertaken consistent with a snow management plan that must be <br />annually submrtted to and approved by the city. The plan must include measures to <br />minimize removal acliviry during the hours of ten o'clock (10:00J P.M and seven o'clock <br />(7:00) fl. M consistenG wlth yublic safety requirements. The plan must also address the <br />location and management ofshort-term (7 day or less) and long-term (more than 7 days) <br />storage ofsnoiv on-site and off-site. Long term snow srorage shall not occur within 300 <br />feet of a residentral zone.
