This is
also the area the snow melting machine is positioned in winter and it is noisy and unsightful. I would like to request a wooden
barrier fence extension to be built on the parking IoPs eastern extremity belween Eldridge and Burke, and/or in the vicinity of the
apartments.
If the property in question does NOT belong to Emmes, I still request they provide the fencing in consideration of the neighbors
and residents who have been cooperating neighbors to Emmes, Firestone, and the Har Mar. The cost would be minimal but the
effort to cooperate with the residents would be appreciated.
In view of a request by Emmes to do "construction" or "destruction" of the Firestone, this DOES impact the neighbors and it
would be considered at sign of good faith for Emmes to provide an aesthetically pleasing barrier to their construction site and
parking lot.
As I try to enjoy my backyard, I can look directly over and see Marshalls and see that Emmes is putting considerable funds into
renovating the building's exterior. Again, I think a small financial investment in the fence so we can enjoy our property without a
direct view of HarMar would be an investment in the neighborhood.
Any cooperation the City of Roseville andlor Emmes Realty could provide would be appreciated.
Barbara Swann
I am trying to rearrange my schedule to be at the meeting tomorrow, but really don't know the protocol or if residents are
afforded an opportunity to speak.
See whafs new at AOL,com and Make AOL Your H_.ome.
11 /07/2007
