• <br />i <br />Attachment F <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 23`d day of July, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and were absent. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RE50LUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1004.O1A4 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR JERROLD <br />ZACK AT 2127 COHANSEY BOULEVARD (PF07-029) <br />WHEREAS, Jerrold Zack is the owner of property at 2127 Cohansey Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />SECTION 13 TOWNSHIP 29 RANGE 23, THE EAST 200 FEET OF THE WEST 1,475.7 <br />FEET OF THE SOUTH 125 FEET OF THE NORTH 400 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST <br />QUARTER OF SECTION 13 TOWNSHIP 29 RANGE 23 <br />PIN:13-29-23-21-0086 <br />WHEREAS, the property owner seeks to construct a 960-square-foot accessory structure, <br />which is a conditionally permitted use in the Single-Family Residence Zoning District; and <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, voting 6-0 to recommend approval of the request <br />based on the comments and iindings of the staff report dated July 11, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the requested <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT will not adversely affect conditions on nearby properties and <br />will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Jerrold Zack for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section <br />§ 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />1. Pursuant to § 1004.O1A8 (Minimum Setbacks), the detached garage must be not <br />be closer than 6 feet from the principal building. <br />2. The footprint of the accessory structure shall not exceed 960 square feet, and <br />pursuant to § 1004.01 A 10 (Accessory Building Height), its wall height shall not <br />exceed 9 feet and its overall height shall be limited to 15 feet, as measured to the <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
