As discovered during the City's consideration of <br />PetSmart's CUP application, the City's zoning code has fallen a bit behind the times in <br />accommodating this business and the time is ripe for an amendment. I look forward to <br />hearing staff's reaction to the options outlined in this letter and in working with the City to <br />refine a mutually-satisfactory text amendment.
